Objective 1

Gain access to the top floor

Hint 1

Locate and pick up keycard A-7

Hint 2

Place A-7 keycard into the elevator access panel. Level 32 button will light up

Hint 3

Press the Level 32 button on the elevator to start the elevator


Objective 2

Restart the elevator

Hint 1

Retrieve fire extinguisher from kiosk on the left of maintenance floor

Hint 2

Retrieve screwdriver and two keys from maintenance cart (the keys are inside the door panel on the left side of the cart)

Hint 3

Use the screwdriver on the four bolts on the elevator panel to your right

Hint 4

Pick up the elevator panel and move it elsewhere, triggering the release of an incendiary grenade

Hint 5

Use the fire extinguisher to put out the incendiary grenade flames

Hint 6

Use a broken half of incendiary grenade to cut both the black and red wires connected to the dead battery in the area behind the removed elevator panel. The lights will turn red and the elevator should drop half a floor

Hint 7

Use the key labeled ‘15’ on the padlock on the power box to the left of the monitors on the lower floor

Hint 8

Remove the padlock, open the power box, and throw the lever inside. The doors will open

Hint 9

Pick up the red Portable Battery (box-like object that fell off of the ladder from the room behind the now-opened left door)

Hint 10

A cable-cutting robot will drop down onto the top of the elevator, throwing sparks into the elevator compartment

Hint 11

Use the larger key from the maintenance cart to open the ceiling panel and reveal the saw robot

Hint 12

Open the panel on the bottom of the saw robot

Hint 13

Attach the jumper cables from the Portable Battery onto the appropriate-colored (+/-) terminals inside the robot. This will disable the robot and charge the Portable Battery

Hint 14

Attach the jumper cables from the Portable Battery onto the appropriate-colored (+/-) terminals inside the elevator panel where the dead battery was originally connected. The elevator will start back up and continue to ascend


Objective 3

Disable the catwalk

Hint 1

When the elevator stops on the top floor, Juniper will shoot at you. The bullets can be blocked with any object placed in the gun’s line of sight — the elevator panel works best

Hint 2

Open the door to the power box on the right side of the room

Hint 3

Pull the lever inside the power box to retract the catwalk, causing Juniper to stumble and drop the Nuclear briefcase


Objective 4

Disarm the nuclear football

Hint 1

Pick up the Nuclear briefcase and pull it into the elevator until it drops into place on a stand.

Hint 2

Press the two latches on the front of the Nuclear briefcase to release the locks; the briefcase top will pop open slightly

Hint 3

Grab the handle on the front and open the top of the Nuclear Football

Hint 4

There are three modules within the Nuclear Football and an Abort Button. All three must be solved to activate the Abort Button. They can be solved in any order. Each has their own section below:


Objective 5

Z-Trace Panel

Hint 1

Grab the handle on this panel to swing the panel out to the left

Hint 2

Rotate the four knobs on the back until they align a ‘Z’ on the front of the panel

Hint 3

Once these knobs lock into place, close the panel and grab the joystick in the top left, sliding it along the ‘Z’ shape until it reaches the lower right part of the ‘Z’

Hint 4

A light will light up on the upper right panel. This module is complete


Objective 6

Joystick Panel

Hint 1

Grab the joystick and drag it over the lights until all lights are lit blue

Hint 2

A light will light up on the upper right panel. This module is complete


Objective 7

Button Panel

Hint 1

Grab the screwdriver inside of the power box to unscrew the bolts and remove the central panel, revealing the wiring of the puzzle

Hint 2

Press the buttons until all lights are lit blue. (Press the button to the left of the top-right screw and the buttons on either side of the bottom-left screw once each.)


Hint 3

A light will light up on the upper right panel. This module is complete


Objective 8

Abort

Hint 1

When all three modules have been solved (three lights next to the button will be lit blue), press the Abort Button

Hint 2

A panel will open, requiring you to attach the jumper cables from the Portable Battery onto the appropriate colored (+/-) terminals. Do so

Hint 3

Press the Abort Button. The elevator will fall in slow motion and the level will successfully complete
